Christian Education and Other Activities
Our church believes that the Christian life is a life-long journey in which we are called to reflect on the core values of our faith and to seek to apply these values in Christian practices that address contemporary life issues. Consequently, our church has an on-going Christian education program for all ages on Sunday mornings, immediately after our 10:00 a.m. worship service, and at other times during each month and throughout the year. Our education classes for children, youth, and adults utilize denominational and ecumenical resource materials to help us interpret the Bible and to address contemporary faith issues.
Our congregation's ministry is also strengthened through a variety of fellowship and services activities, including a Fourth Tuesday luncheon for members and friends, a prayer concern network, seasonal fellowship programs, a Presbyterian Women’s gathering, and a monthly Spiritual Reflection group which meets in homes to discuss non-traditional expressions of the Christian faith.
